At one time he oversaw 4 locations and 30 employee's being responsible for hiring and motivating the proper staff, streamlining processes to make the best experience for the customers, while being able to analyze store data to be able to formulate the overall future marketing plans.

In 1994 he started making the Logo Jewelry for the Chicago Wolves Hockey Team with a regional license. By the year 1998 he was a National Licensee making 17 teams of Logo Jewelry and Watches for the fans to enjoy. In addition he was a Sponsor and the Official Jeweler of the Chicago Wolves.
